Premium Process Printing (Plastisol Transfers)
Using Premium Process Printing, artwork is screen printed onto a unique paper using specialized plastisol inks. The design is then transferred to cloth/fabric items such as bags, totes, umbrellas, and coolers using heat and pressure. The result is a vibrant, full-color design with registration that simply cannot be achieved using traditional screen-printing methods.

Labels are full color, photo quality, and printed on adhesive backed vinyl - white stock is used for all jobs.
We pride ourselves on quality and service, as such, label size recommendations are offered for most products.
All labels are cut-to-order, size and shape can be customized by request. Templates will be provided by the factory for optimum art layout.
Label Setup $45.00 (R)
Ribbons are printed on one-side with a one-color repeating logo for the length of the ribbon. Standard print colors are gold foil or silver foil. Standard ribbon colors are black, white and red. Ribbon setup $45.00 (R). Other ribbon and foil colors are available, but will require 3-5 extra days for production.
Initial setup charge of $70.00 (R). Engraving reorder setup is $25.00 (R). Engraving prices include one-position engraving up to the size indicated. Call for additional locations and pricing.
Prices include a one-position embroidery up to 7,500 stitches. Additional stitches at 50¢ (V) per 1,000. Digitizing fee $80.00 (V) for up to 10,000 stitches. For digitizing of 10,000 stitches or more call for quote. Additional locations are $3.00 (V) and include up to 7,500 stitches.
Most items include color gift box packaging.

Combined Quantity Pricing
No charge under $10.00 when billed to your UPS or FedEx account. Blank or random samples are billed at end quantity pricing plus freight. Samples are not returnable.

Upon approval of the pre-production sample, we require a signed authorization to proceed with the order. If art is changed normal setup fees will be charged. If the same artwork is approved reorder setup will be charged.
There is no charge for the first two paper proofs on new orders. Additional paper proofs are $5.00 (R).
We dislike overruns as much as you do. However, to try and prevent under-runs please allow for 1-2 % overrun. Overruns will be billed.
A fee of 4% of total product & run charges will be applied to exact quantity orders.

California Proposition 65 Labeling
All products shipped from The Premium Line into the state of California will have the mandated Proposition 65 warning label affixed to them, it will read - Warning: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm
Net 30 days to approved accounts. Orders go into production upon credit approval.
Trademarks and Logos
Customers assume full responsibility in determining legal rights of the trademarks and logos used in their orders. All artwork, trademarks, and logos shown here are not intended to represent that the products are endorsed or produced for their respective owners, but for demonstration purposes only.
We can utilize both electronic artwork and camera-ready artwork. We reserve the right to determine what is acceptable artwork (fax, photocopy, Word files, and internet images are NOT accepted). We can accept electronic artwork via e-mail or mailed CD-ROMs.
Files need to be formatted as vector (EPS, PDF, or AI) or multiple layered Adobe Photoshop TIFF or PSD files at 300 dpi. Vector files should always be saved in vector format with all type converted to paths/outlines. We support files up to Adobe CS5. We do not support CorelDraw files. Therefore, all CorelDraw files should be exported as Adobe Illustrator.
For multiple color imprints vector images must be provided for proper color separations.

If artwork needs to be touched up, reconstructed, or manipulated in any way, art charges will be incurred. These charges will be acknowledged before proceeding with the order. There is a minimum charge of $25.00 (V) for graphic services.

Pricing per battery:
The size of logos pictured on products may vary slightly to actual imprint sizes.
For any orders that are to be shipped out of the continental US and require a heat-treated and certified pallet, a $15 per pallet fee will be added to the order.
