File Guidelines:
We can utilize both electronic and camera ready artwork. We reserve the right to determine what is acceptable (fax, photocopy, Word, or internet images are NOT accepted). We can accept electronic artwork via e-mail or mailed CD-ROMs/DVDs.
All electronic files for imprint orders need to be formatted as vector (eps, pdf, or ai) files or multiple layered Adobe Photoshop files (tiff or psd). Vector files should always be saved in vector format with all type converted to paths/outlines. We support files up to Adobe Illustrator CS3. We do not support CorelDraw, therefore all CorelDraw files should be exported as AI 10 files.
For multiple color imprints vector images must be provided for proper color separations.
For full color labels high resolution images or vector files are accepted.
If your graphic is intended for an imprint, embroidery, or engraving order please provide your PO # (if available), a valid email address, and any other pertinent contact information.
If you're requesting a virtual mockup, please allow for a full working day to process and send your mockup via email.
We currently do not offer 4-color process imprints, but offer Full Color, Water & Scratch Resistant, High Gloss Labels (White Stock). For imprints, depending on the registration, we do allow for 2 spot-color imprints on some of our products. We also offer products for both laser engraving and embroidery.
